These automated machines help us to measure important parameters such as the compression strength, tensile strength, elognation percentage…

The programmed tests then graphs the testing data on its software and allowing us to store and monitor testing data daily and accurately.

The sort of highly developed technology , backed by years of careful experimentation we are referring to is the way how our plastic tapelines work differently from ordinary tapelines.

One of the most important difference is that our tapeline uses a unique double stage stretching process where the tapes undergo a pre-stretch period before they enter a hot-air-oven before a final stretch. This enables much better runability of the process and improve efficiency, process stability, tape properties.

Our tapeline also have superior features such as the melt pump which precisely control the output to die to ensure the highest level of stability, the auto gauging die that complements the automatic thickness gauge and a smart human interface machine to control the machine parameters effortlessly.
